Business Listing Agreement
These owner terms govern authority, listing accuracy, moderation, public contact actions and publication eligibility.

Authority and accuracy
You confirm authority to act for the business, keep its information current, and obtain permission for public contact details and any personal information supplied. Ownership disputes may pause changes or publication while evidence is reviewed.
Submission and moderation
A submitted revision and its media are locked for review. Administrators may approve, request changes or reject it. Rejection may allow a revised submission. Approval and commercial eligibility are separate and neither guarantees continuing publication.
Content permissions
You confirm ownership or permission for text, photographs, logos and trade marks, and grant the limited display and processing licence described in the Terms. Prohibited, infringing, misleading or unnecessary personal content may be removed.
Public contact and Insights
Visitors interact directly with the contact methods you authorise. Basic Insights are estimates derived from first-party processing and deduplication and do not prove unique people, leads or sales.
Changes, closure and termination
Public-content changes and replacement media require review. Notify the directory of closure or control changes. The operator may restrict or end a listing for ineligibility or policy breach while retaining bounded audit, payment and acceptance evidence.
