Allowed media

The application accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP images within the size and dimension limits shown in the upload form. One logo, one cover image and up to six gallery images are included. Accurate, useful alternative text is required for meaningful images.

Processing and storage

Source uploads enter private storage. Processing corrects orientation, removes embedded metadata including location data, and creates a WebP derivative. Only approved processed media is copied to public storage.

Owner warranties and prohibited images

Upload only media you own or may lawfully use. Do not include unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, unsafe or unnecessary personal material. Automated copyright checking and malware scanning are not currently active; this limitation requires operational review.

Moderation, replacement and cleanup

Media is reviewed with its listing. Replacement media requires approval before it replaces the public version. Rejected and abandoned private files follow configured cleanup rules; public assets are removed when no longer authorised, subject to operational and evidence needs.

Infringement reports

Rights holders may report suspected infringement through support@randparkridge.com. Reports are reviewed before removal or owner contact; no automatic merits decision is made.
