LEGAL POLICY
Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy describes the R99 recurring listing package and the application’s actual payment and publication lifecycle.
Operator and contact
Randpark Ridge Local is operated by Perch Digital Systems (Pty) Ltd, company registration 2026/760313/07.
Operator location: Randpark Ridge, Randburg, 2169, South Africa. Public contact: support@randparkridge.com. Privacy and data requests: support@randparkridge.com.
Information Officer: Gavin Perch. Officer contact: support@randparkridge.com.
Package and price
The Local Listing launch package costs R99 ZAR total per month for each listing. Each listing has its own subscription. It includes the approved public profile, Basic Insights, one logo, one cover image and up to six gallery images. The application does not separately display or add VAT.
Approval and checkout
An exact listing revision must be approved before checkout is available. Paystack processes the recurring test or live payment according to the configured environment. Payment does not guarantee approval, ranking or endorsement.
Renewal, failure and visibility
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Verified payment establishes the paid-through time. If renewal fails or eligibility expires, the listing has no additional public visibility grace period.
Cancellation
An owner can request cancellation from the billing workspace. The request stops future renewal through Paystack and records cancel-at-period-end status. Existing paid eligibility normally remains until the paid-through date; cancellation access is never conditioned on accepting a new policy.
Refunds and payment errors
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Duplicate, erroneous or disputed charges and any refund request require manual review, applicable consumer rights and Paystack evidence. Contact support@randparkridge.com for manual review.
Complimentary grants and price changes
An authorised complimentary grant can satisfy publication eligibility without payment and remains distinguishable in audit history. Any price change must be communicated before it applies and must not silently rewrite historic subscription evidence.
